Alice McCleary

Alice is a Chartered Accountant and was formerly a corporate tax partner in Coopers & Lybrand in Adelaide.  For the past decade she has worked solely as a professional company director, of both listed and unlisted entities in Australia and internationally.

Her areas of special interest are professional services, corporate governance, IPOs, accounting and finance, ethics, mining, education, agribusiness and healthcare.  

She has recent experience with distressed companies during the GFC, and continues to be involved with macro policy advice for governments.  Alice adopts a caring but practical approach to her mentoring roles, recognising that no single solution will work for all people and situations.
